Our congress will be free and online. The studies of those who do not send a presentation video will not be published in the abstracts book.

 

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION:

E-CERTIFICATE of participation will be given to all participants who register to the congress.

 

LANGUAGE OF CONGRESS:

The languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Abstracts should not exceed one page.

 

REGISTRATION STEPS:

Title, abstract and keywords MUST be given in Turkish and English.

Submit your abstract to icada2023@gmail.com (upload as PDF).
You need to fill out the copyright form (signed and scanned as PDF) and send it by e-mail to icada2023@gmail.com. Click for the copyright form.
You must send a maximum five-minute video of your study to icada2023@gmail.com by e-mail.

All accepted and submitted abstracts will be published in the Abstract Proceedings Book.

 

The updated and the expanded full texts of the selected abstracts among accepted and submitted abstracts will be published online in the Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

 

EVALUATION OF ABSTRACT PAPERS:

Abstracts will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee. Acceptance and rejection of abstracts and requesting corrections from the authors when necessary will be made according to the evaluation of the Congress Scientific Committee.
All correspondence regarding the abstracts entered into the system will be made with the author who uploaded the abstracts to the system.
